The property was clean, organized, and easy to use. The channel was nice to be on and kept the kids busy catching cat fish when they weren't swimming. The pool area was amazing. The dining room table fit all 11 no problem. The only really down side was the "5th bedroom" really isn't a bedroom it's how you get to the pool and garage with a bed. No closet or real storage and awkward. It should really be 4 bedrooms with extra sleeping space. Other than that had a blast. Great decks. Easy check out. Nice neighborhood. Great hot tub. I would book again.

Perfect spot

Our experience here was wonderful. The pool and hot tub was awesome and at the perfect temperatures. The house was big and decorated so cute. We loved everything about this place. The property manager was very pleasant, prompt, and friendly. I have already recommended this place to some friends and coworkers! I would definitely stay here again! It is beautiful! It is a great location with a pretty river view! Plenty of rooms and beds. Everyone loved the walk in showers!

The house was beautiful! Very clean. The pool was well heated. The hot tub and bar were also a big hit! Each room of the house was just amazingly decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with all that was needed and even more. The host was awesome with quick responses when I emailed him. Overall we had an amazing time in a beautiful home! You would have to see this house to believe it and I know you wouldn’t be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful time and priceless memories!

Mike, the host was always very responsible and accommodating. Creating memories with my adult children and grandchildren at Vermilion River Home was the best! I was looking for somewhere that would accommodate all age groups and with the indoor pool this home was perfect!

A wonderful home, pool. We love vermilion and come every year. First time here ant this property and definitely coming back. Home was clean, well stocked in every way and Michael was great and very helpful . Loved being on the river with our canoe. Thank you for giving us a much needed relaxing vacation.

Our stay here was perfect. The pool temperature and hot tub temperature were perfect. The house is beautiful inside and outside.The house is decorated beautifully and feels homely. It is so spacious. There are plenty of rooms and bed. The property manager is awesome! He answers right back and is very helpful. I have already recommended this house to some of my coworkers! We take a trip every year to a different state and this was the best vacation and property so far! We did not have children on our trip,but if you do they will definitely love it!

We came for our family Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday and it lived up to everything it stated in the description and more. The place was well kept, clean, accommodating, and all necessary amenities! The pool was heated as we requested. We had six adults and eight kids with plenty of room. Host was extremely accessible and quick to respond if we had any issues.

The house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location and loved the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we won’t be returning as the main bed was too firm for us. We were barely able to sleep and needed the hot tub afterwards. Other than the mattress, everything else was perfect.

Great times in. Vermilion, Ohio.

Our family had a fantastic time at this riverfront home. There was plenty of room to spread out and visit with family. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was located close to beaches, parks for hiking, fishing, and shopping, definitely something for everyone. The owner also replied quickly to any questions we had.

Best Family Spring Break

The house was absolutely perfect! From the pool to the living area, it was easy to get to and the guest contact was so easy to contact and answered questions very fast! The house was clean and there were enough towels so we weren’t washing towels nonstop. We will be saving this house and coming back!
