Active relaxing.

We loved the pool and easy access from our room. Swimming in the sea changes with the winds. The staff are excellent. Loved to use the bikes and kayaks. The longer we were there the more relaxed we felt. Not fans of the rough road to San Pedro but learned the stores nearby were fine. Sandflies we’re definitely a problem.

Sapphire @ Pat's Place

Small, but very nice 1 bdrm place. A small splash pool right across from our unit and the Tiki bar right there as well. We went a bit off-season, so not crowded and had much of the property to ourselves. It's a bit far north (about 45 min from town), so a bit a drive if you want to go into town regularly or for the larger grocery stores/markets. But there were nice restaurants nearby and a nice restaurant on-site too and a couple small stores for some essentials as well. If you are looking for a quiet and bit more isolated location, this is a great place. Currently (June 2024) there is a lot of construction and the dump trucks are coming from up North here into town, so a lot of truck traffic and dust.
