Perfect rental for a couple or family. Open floor plan allows for plenty of space for entertaining.

The lanai in the rear of the house is fully screened in to allow for enjoying the sunny Florida

days or relaxing at night in front of the lake.

TV’s are available in the den, living room, and primary suite for guests to enjoy free cable. Free

internet and WiFi included. The unit includes full size washer and dryer.

All member benefits of Colonial Country Club are transferred to guests. Amenities include

resort quality swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and a network of walking paths and sitting

areas where guests can enjoy the Preserve within steps of property. There are also 8 pickle

ball courts within the property. The Main Club House includes 2 bocce ball courts, 8 tennis

courts, an updated fitness center, gourmet dining, and pay-as-you-play golf on the par 72

18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis.

The location is ideal as it is minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, Sanibel

Island, Naples, shopping and dining.

The Colonial Country Club is a very secure, gated community with a 24 hour watch at the main

entrance.
