Also, this condo is equipped with an electric grill on the Lanai, which cooks amazing steaks and burgers. Most condos advertise outdoor grills, but they are referring the grills next to the community pools, not grills located on their personal Lanai. Contained within the unit is a Brand New large capacity refrigerator with ice maker, as well as an extremely quite Bosch dishwasher(so quite you won't even know it is on) which does an amazing job cleaning the dishes.

Why they chose this property
We bought this property because the condo is absolutely lovely and Colonial Country Club is outstanding. The grounds are manicured to the highest degree, and the people are very friendly. We loved this condo when we first saw it, and have continued to maintain and improve it every time we visit. It is our hope to retire in this community, which won't be for another 10 years or so.
