Colonial Country Club/The Preserve is a 750 acre golf course community. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon G. Lewis and also features: 10 tennis courts (eight lighted Har-Tru surface), biking and walking paths, community swimming pools (with hot tub) and a newly designed Club House and elite fitness center.
This newly renovated (June 2017) unit offers 1,422 sf Two bedrooms, two baths, covered parking, second floor unit, internet access and a view of the preserve. A washer /dryer is located off kitchen. The full kitchen features a counter that seats 2, an eat in breakfast nook that seats 4, a dining area that seats 6, a living room with 2 sofas and a chair, a flat screen TV and DVD, sliding doors that open on to the lanai. The lanai has a small table with 2 chairs, and a reading couch.
Master bedroom has King bed with master bathroom. walk in shower and large walk in wardrobe. Guest bedroom has 2 twins no TV, Guest bath located in adjacent room of the guest bedroom and has tub/shower. Internet is High Speed Wireless and can be connected to from all rooms in the apartment.
Covered parking and guest parking, The Preserve has its own community pool conveniently located 2 houses down the street from the unit, but guest also has access to Clubhouse Pool. Residence is approx 0.6 miles from clubhouse/pool
UPDATE:
In the summer of 2017 the entire unit was renovated to address concerns of previous guests. This included repainting, new deck furniture, and shower re-caulking to remove isolated patch of mildew. The living room now comes with a new Flat Screen and cable TV. High Speed Internet is also wireless throughout the entire unit.
**Club Membership Transfer allows guests access to golfing, club dining, tennis, fitness center , activities and pools. membership transfer fee for 30 day rental, must be transferred ($299). **Green fees, cart fees and dining/beverage costs are not included in membership transfer and guest must call pro shop or club house for fee schedule. Home Owner will submit application for Clubhouse membership on behalf of guest. **A State Tourist Tax will be applied for rental agreements less than 6 months **
