The Brownstones are located adjacent to Traverse City's desirable downtown historic district featuring tree-lined streets, broad sidewalks, and beautifully restored Victorian homes. This condominium has three levels. The main living area level contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bath. The second floor features a large master bedroom with king size bed, vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet and private bath. The second level also has second bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath, as well as a washer and dryer. The ground level includes a one-car garage and storage area.

Great location/Beautiful home

On this trip we just stayed a few days, but after we settled in, we were able to walk to Breakfast, lunch or dinner, (or cook a nice meal in) go shopping or take a scenic walk along the bay. All without driving anywhere!! Beautiful home and great location.

Long weekend getaway

Terrific Downtown Traverse City Stay

This is our second time staying at this property for over a month. It is well located just outside the traffic congestion yet near all the restaurants and downtown activities. The condo is well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. We highly recommend this property and will stay here next year when we are in town for the horse show.

Perfect location

My husband, another couple, and I stayed here for a weekend. It was the perfect location. No need to drive anywhere once we got there because everything was within walking distance. The condo is in great condition, very clean, and was plenty big for 4 people. We’re already planning our next stay at the same location.

Relaxing Downtown TC Get Away

This is the third year that we've stayed at the property for 4 weeks. It is well located with easy access to everything that downtown TC offers. The condo is quiet, clean and well appointed with a secure garage for parking one car. We'll be back next year.

No significant issues at all. Location in Traverse City is ideal. Two bedroom unit is perfect for two or two couples. Walk 10 minutes one way to the lake. Walk ten minutes the other way to the Boardman Lake trail. Owner/manager communicates very well.

Prime location, clean as a whistle, comfort upgrades needed

Well supplied property in a prime location. Easy check in and plenty of space for our group ( 2 couples). From spices to paper goods, flashlight to umbrella and even first aid kit, owners thoughtfully stocked the unit. Furnishings were a bit dated and spartan. Only substantive criticism is the flat pillows and hard mattresses made for difficult and restless nights of sleep. Also no Smart TV’s or streaming devices.

Elegant and Walkable

This property was impeccable. The kitchen was so gorgeous, I wish I had come to cook but this two night stay was also walking distance to all the great restaurants in Traverse City so -- sorry kitchen! Maybe next time. If you stay here though, make sure you have really great knees. Long steep stairs up from the garage and again up to bedrooms.

Great location for vacation!

This property is perfect because it's within walking distance of so many restaurants and great shopping. It's also close to the beach and within a short drive of other great things to do, like sightseeing and winery tours. We will definitely plan another stay.

Lovely stay in fabulous location. Very clean, nice beds. Would definitely rent again. One suggestion to owner would be to have coffee available in the morning. We got in late and no grocery close. We loved Traverse City!
