Description - Spacious, comfortable and clean! Kitchen fully furnished, towels, sheets, beds, king-size in MBR, full and twin bed in second BR. WI-FI-TV. Comfortably furnished and decorated with artwork, oak dining set and lots of special touches. This unit is on the ground floor with no stairs which makes it convenient for those with small children or with physical restrictions. We provide a pack-and-play if needed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress. Laundry is located in the condo and each bedroom has a large closet. Our condo is close to everything! Steps from downtown, and across the street from the beach and Sunset Park! One parking space provided at entrance; second in designated general parking spaces in the condominium lot.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The ground floor is a positive especially for those with some mobility issues. The property is well kept. The neighbors were respectful coming in and going out. It was also nice to look out the window and see a little bit of the west bay. The location is good whether one wants to head east or west out of town. Finally Lisa our contact is an excellent communicator.

Stay was excellent. Easy access to walk into downtown but far enough away to be quiet. Park across the street was an excellent bonus for our toddler! I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation.

We had a great stay! Very close to Front Street and shops/dining. The condo was plenty spacious and the kitchen was equipped for cooking in. Lisa met us at the property for a tour and was so helpful!
