Here you will have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and ample living space for the whole family to enjoy.
This one level condo is perfect for the young and old. The first master bedroom is private and offers a king size bed, an on-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second master bedroom offers another king size bed, perfect for the in-laws. And the third bedroom celebrates the kiddos! Offering a double bunk-bed with a pullout trundle that sleeps four easily.
With comfortable and relaxing seating to kick back after a long day, a full kitchen to prepare delicious meals for the whole family, an inclosed patio area facing courtyard only steps away from the pool and other amenities you won't want to leave.
Oakwater Resort offers an indoor gym, a game room, a playground, a splash pad for the little ones, and more.
Best of all only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom and less than 30 minutes from all other major theme parks.
Conveniently located just off of US-192, the resort is central to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and affordable family fun attractions. Such as the Island H2O Water Park, The Mighty Jungle Golf Adventure and Fun Spot America. Maybe even best of all, the convenience of a Super Walmart being just steps away for any necessary essentials.

Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! Here you have it, only 15 minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom, the happiest place on earth! And just a few minutes more to all other major parks! This community is located right off of highway 192, where you'll find restaurants galore, and be within walking distance to Walmart for all the grocery essentials. Conveniently close to major highways, but secluded enough to enjoy a private getaway.

One level Condo, with no steps. Especially nice for families traveling with small children, grandparents or physical challenges.
