Completely remolded in October. Updated pictures to come!

2nd floor unit has covered parking. The elevator makes access convenient. The unit has a bright kitchen that opens to the dinette and living room. Master suite (king size bed) with a walk in closet, full bath, flat screen TV and sliders with direct access to the screened lanai. The 2nd bedroom (queen size bed) has easy access to the hall bathroom. Ceiling fans in each bedroom, living room and kitchen. Access the screened lanai from the master bedroom or living room sliders. Then walk out to the large open sun deck, surrounded by lush palm trees and soak up the sun. Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's.

8-10 minute walk to the beach, bars, local beach shops and restaurants!

Unit was untouched by the hurricane.

Our Florida Vacation

The location is excellent - just 10 minutes from our son's home. Also, close to good restaurants and beaches. Permanent residents are friendly and parking is great. The condo needs a good cleaning - rugs and steam cleaning of floor.

Beautiful Lemon Bay view from the pool! Large balcony for relaxing in the evening with table, chairs and umbrella! Three minute bike ride or ten minute walk to Englewood Beach and Restaurants! Sidewalks on both sides of the road. Also have Stumpy’s golf carts you can call to get a ride! Had an awesome time.
