The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please message me to let me know how many guests will be staying also if you are going to use the dockage. Please load/run the dishwasher with anything you've used. Do not leave anything in the sink.
Please be sure not to leave any perishables in the fridge. Do not leave any food in any of the appliances.
Gather all trash, bag it and drop it in one of the green garbage bins outside the unit. Please be sure to lock the door on the keypad when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Include the total amount of occupants when booking.
Please inform me when booking if you are wanting to use the boat dockage. Up to 18' If longer let me know to see if it can be accommodated.

Location was very good. Not a very long walk to the beach. Great condo for two people. Everything is as appears in the pictures. Hope to stay again next year. Found lots of sharks teeth, even with the tropical storm. Also, we has some beautiful sun sets.

Brand newly remodeled. Very comfortable beds. Super awesome place. Minutes to the beach. A great place to fish in private off the docks in an inlet area.

Easy walk to the beach across the street or to the local hangouts. Or short drive to all the traditional places you may want and still nearby the Art District of Historic Deaborn Street.

What makes this property unique

Newly renovated. Water dockage for small boats. Get picked up by a rental boat to go fishing or meet with friends for some watersports.

The booking inquiry messaging on here is mostly automated. I don't know how to fix that. There may be some that repeat.
