He is also the ONLY owner/manager to reside here and to have Studio, 2BR and 3BR condos close to each other at exquisite Bolongo beach to be able to accommodate a couple taking a retreat together or family vacations, as well as wedding parties or large family groups, with like-for-like amenities in the condos he manages on behalf of the owners as well as a couple of properties he personally owns.
