AMAZING Villa at an AMAZING Price:
This Villa sits right on the water so you hear the gentle sounds of the waves below day and night; and spectacular views from inside and the porch. It has a newly remodeled kitchen and bath which are both gorgeous, new furniture and spectacular views. You will sleep on 1,200 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, and use high-end towels, beach towels, surf the web on FREE WiFi right in the Villa. You will also have many complimentary items waiting for you to include a few drinks, sodas, waters and snacks to get you started - plus soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer so you don't need to pack those.

Bedroom:
A King sized teak canopy bed. Sleep soundly on the comfortable new mattress with great views of the Caribbean from your bed. A large Air Conditioner keeps the entire place cool. An 8 foot closet with shelf space plus a beautiful dresser.

Kitchen:
Open floor plan to the dining and living room creating a great room effect. New cabinets, an exotic ocean rock counter, stainless steel appliances and an automatic ice-maker. Includes a stove top, a microwave, coffee maker and complimentary coffee and tea. Amazing views from the kitchen.

Bathroom:
Fully renovated bath that is absolutely gorgeous. The shower was completely done in river rock with a glass panel wall.

Living Room:
An excellent room that starts in the kitchen, has a great pub table with comfortable chairs; flows into the living room with a sleeper sofa, side chairs, coffee table plus a NEW 55' Flat Screen TV with cable. Tall speaker tower to dock your iPod or iPhone to play your favorite music.

FREE WiFi:
Surf the web briefly in the morning; upload photos of your days adventures the same night. Work remotely for a few hours if you need to. It's an excellent signal.

Balcony:
You can see 9 islands from the 24 foot wide balcony including St John, Tortola, and more. The sun rises off the front so you will see many of the best sunrises you'll ever see. You are only 20 feet over the water so you hear the gentle waves below - day and night. You see turtles in the water, iguanas in trees, plus pelicans and hummingbirds from the balcony. Guests call it 'A Million Dollar View'.

The Spectacular Views:
The view off the front is great, but the 'side yard' is a stunningly beautiful bay as well. You also have a great view through the 8 foot wide window in the living room over looking Water Bay.

Other Accessories:
Brand new pots and pans; plates and silverware; and real glasses although some are likely to break. Beach towels, snorkel gear and beach chairs.

Overall Quality:
The highest quality finishing and furnishings throughout the villa. Sleeping on 1,200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets feels so nice after a long day in the sun. It's the heavenly sleep you deserve on vacation.

The Pools:
We have 3 pools on property, 2 with spectacular views only a 2 min walk from the Villa.
