A subdivision of townhomes within very close proximity of each other!

Located in the beautiful town of Cedar City, Utah which is the home of Southern Utah University. Whether you are here to check out the college with your teenager, watching them walk across the stage of graduation, enjoying the amazing plays of the Shakespeare Festival during the summer, cheering on your favorite person during the summer games, or visiting family or friends. Let us help you relax in our comfortable home.

Close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow in St. George, Utah, Cedar Breaks National Park, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Kanaraville Falls, and much more that Southern Utah has to offer. Cedar City also has its own playground called Three Peaks Recreational area full of mountain biking, frisbee disc golf, RC dirt track, campground and picnic area, ATV racing, dirt bike racing and rock climbing.

If you are in need of more room, I do have 2 other townhomes right next to this one. You are even able to book all three of them to have up to 18 guests. Message the host for more details.

Cedar City Gem

First time user to VRBO and was not disappointed. The property we rented was very nice. The comfort level reached our hoped for expectations. We found the property without any issues and the access to the highway was so easy. The owners were quick to respond and offer assistance. The property was a huge factor in making our trip successful, comfortable and enjoyable.

Convenient to Utah National Parks

The condo was perfect for our needs. We drove and toured the national parks by day and relaxed and enjoyed time together in the evenings. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything required for preparing and serving meals. Joanne has a beautiful home. And Joanne was a very gracious host.

Perfect for our family

We spent the weekend visiting our Son who attends SUU. We enjoyed all the comforts of home. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the beds were super comfy. Perfect for spending time together hanging out. The property is close to SUU campus and shopping/restaurants. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again for future visits!

You will love the new, fresh look of this comfortable town home. The city of Cedar City is known as the "City of Wonder." We welcome you to come adventure through our town and the southern part of Utah. You could be hiking through Zions National Park, skiing down Brianhead Ski Resort, sitting in a Shakespearean play at Southern Utah University or riding a UTV within Sand Hollow. All of these adventures are within 1 hour of this beautiful town home. Come back after that day of adventure and relax in the Tempurpedic beds to be prepared for your next day of adventure.
