Marsa's Place (3BR/2.5BA I Sleeps 7 I 1K, 2Q, 1Single SS) – A Serene Vintage Beach Retreat with Stunning Views
Nestled beneath the canopy of majestic Lowcountry live oaks, Marsa's Place offers a classic beach house experience with breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and a serene tidal creek. This charming retreat embraces the nostalgia of a vintage beach cottage while providing modern comfort and an unbeatable location between the sea and Frampton Creek.
Step onto one of four spacious porches—three adorned with rocking chairs, hammock chairs, or a cozy swing—where you can take in panoramic ocean and marsh views. Watch the moonlight dance on the water, listen to the rhythmic waves, or unwind as coastal breezes set the perfect scene for relaxation.
Ideal for families or small groups (up to seven guests), Marsa's Place offers a thoughtfully designed interior with soaring 9-foot ceilings and plenty of natural light. Whether you're sipping coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean or enjoying a glass of wine as the marshland glows at sunset, every moment here is picture-perfect.
Unparalleled Outdoor Beauty & Activities
The back door opens to sweeping marsh views and a shared dock on Frampton Creek, perfect for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, or spotting dolphins as they glide by.
The front entrance leads you to the sounds of the ocean, with a winding scenic walk past lagoons to the secluded shores of Edingsville Beach, known for its excellent shelling, surf fishing, and peaceful ambiance.
Late afternoons are best spent on the front porch, where you can watch exotic birds soaring over the marsh and take in the incredible natural beauty of Edisto's coastline.
Escape the crowds and embrace the timeless charm of Marsa's Place, where coastal serenity and stunning views make for an unforgettable getaway.
