Welcome to The Sand Castle! This impeccable 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with gulf-facing balcony has it all! Enjoy unobstructed sweeping 9th floor views of the Gulf and Lake Powell. Pinnacle Port is a hidden gem within the prestigious gated community of Carillon Beach, five minutes east of Rosemary Beach and 30A. Enjoy resort amenities including a Gulf-front indoor/outdoor pool, secondary pool, saunas, fitness room, four tennis/pickleball courts, boat dock with new boat slips, kayaks, bocce ball court and grilling area. There is also a fitness center on site that overlooks the gulf.

We offer king bedroom with en suite full bathroom, as well as a sleeping area at the top of the stairs, perfect for the kiddos. An electronic Pac-Man game and Smart TV will keep them entertained when not enjoying the beautiful gulf waters! Full kitchen, dining area, half bath and laundry room are also located on the top floor. The sofa converts to a bed to max the property out at 6 guests. Balcony with seating available for guests.

Pinnacle Port is conveniently located to grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants. Turn right and travel minutes to Pier Park which offers restaurants, shops, and one of the longest piers located of the Gulf of Mexico. Turn left to cross the bridge over Lake Powell towards scenic 30A, which also offers shops restaurants and coastal views.

An exclusive amenity provided to guests of Pinnacle Port is the docks with a boat ramp and 26 boat slips. Owners and guests alike have to option to bring their boat or jet skis. A fileting station with a cutting board and a sink are provided for your convenience. Almost anything you can fish for in the Gulf of Mexico you can catch in Lake Powell. Nice getaway

What’s not to love about the white sands of the Emerald Coast. The condo was exactly as described. The building is older and updates are ongoing.

Beach view condo

This beach view condo was exactly as it was listed! My husband and I went to Carillon Beach for a long weekend… to celebrate Mother’s Day. From the well stocked kitchen, beach gear, view of Powell Lake and the gorgeous Gulf view- we highly recommend this unit. There were so many TV’s, we used just 1. We did play a quick game of PacMan, so we could say we did! The mounted fans were wonderful . Beautiful bathrooms, furniture and comfortable beds! We were very happy with our choice!! Thank you! It was a fabulous, relaxing Mother’s Day weekend.

Gorgeous views from balcony

I had no idea how beautiful the Carillon Beach/Pinnacle Port “neighborhood” was! Once you pull in the main gates, you feel like you are in your own little town. The houses are beautiful, lots of kids activities, several pools and you have the lake and the ocean! Our condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning and staring at the ocean.

We loved the location of the condo. The condo was clean but somewhat outdated. My biggest concern was being on the 9th floor with my 2 year old that loves to climb. We did not go outside on the balcony much at all. The master bed is on 1st floor with shower. The 2nd bed is upstairs within the kitchen area. It’s a little wonky setup but was fine for our situation. Communication was great. We drove to Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach. Our beach was private and we walked down pretty far down. We were 10 mins from 30A and from Rosemary were able to bike ride from Rosemary(Peddlers Cove I think) to The Big chill. Rosemary and Alys beach area is really nice!

Perfect Weekend

Great condo with amazing views. Beautifully decorated and clean. Plenty of room for our family of four. Kids enjoyed the arcade game. Too many amenities to mention. With all of the beach gear, you'd never have to rent anything for the beach. Although we didn't have enough time to fully explore Carillon, it's a beautiful and quiet resort. Pools and beach were nice and quiet, not crowded and loud. Poolside restaurant has tasty food. Pinnacle Port is literally right on the beach. Property manager is professional and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this condo. And we hope to visit again soon.

ON the beach! Even better than the pictures.

We book a lot of rentals and this is a GEM! The beach is right outside your door. No long boardwalk trek. We were steps from the beach! There are two pools. We loved having views of the bay and beach looking our windows on both sides of the condo. Carillion is a quiet, exclusive beach, but close enough to Rosemary that we could pop over to shop and dine. The property managers though of EVERYTHING. They had beach chairs, wagon and even a metal detector waiting for us. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location-Amazing Sunset Views Every Night.

What a wonderful stay we had! The condo is in the perfect location where you can watch the sunset from the comfort of the sofa. Plus, there are beautiful views of the lake from the other side of the condo. Everything was very clean and beautifully and tastefully decorated and had a wonderfully welcoming beach vibe. It included everything we would need on the kitchen as well as beach chairs and toys, even a metal detector! My daughter loved the video game table and that kept her busy in our down time. We were super close to grocery stores and restaurants, yet we were tucked away from the busy areas of Panama City beach. The beach is literally steps away from the elevators. The beach was private and not busy. It felt like we had it to ourselves. I highly recommend watching the sunset from the beach. Overall, we had an amazingly beautiful and relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again. We already want to go back.

Great condo

We've stayed at other Pinnacle Port Condos but this has been our favorite. The condo is recently updated and very clean. The location and views from the windows and balcony are amazing! The arcade game came in handy when it was raining. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. I would recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.
