Property was too close to highway. The wall was not high enough and not soundproof wall . It is noisy while we were asleep. The property was clean and in nice neighborhood. We definitely will come back to Albuy, but will try different area. Otherwise is ok.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but that was mostly because I was new to using VRBO and didn't realize the check-in information had been sent by email rather than through the VRBO inbox.The home was well stocked, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals easily. The towels and sheets were also very nice and made our stay more comfortable.The only downsides for us were that the master bed was quite squeaky and the traffic noise from Unser was noticeable in the master bedroom.We also couldn't find any checkout instructions, either in the home or in our messages, so we just did our best to leave everything tidy for the cleaning crew.Overall, we had a positive experience. If traffic noise doesn't bother you, I'd definitely recommend this property. We'd consider staying here again as well.

Casa Chiliwood was fantastic for us. The house was just like the pictures, had everything we needed, and communication with the host was great. Location was perfect for our event at Balloon Fiesta Park. If back in the area, we will plan to stay again.

Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay at Casa Chiliwood! The house was spacious, well decorated and beds were very comfy. We had an issue with the hot water on Friday night when we arrived and Matt responded very quickly and had it fixed first thing in the morning. I highly recommend staying here!

Casa Chiliwood had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, and towels and toiletries were provided, which made packing light easy. The home is well kept and conveniently located near shops and restaurants.The Wi-Fi needed a quick reset but worked fine after that. Hot water runs strong, though with multiple guests, you may want to stagger showers. The fireplace wasn’t working during our visit, but the heating system kept the home warm without issue.Great spot for exploring the petroglyphs and the Albuquerque area.
