About this property

Charming, Affordable and Centrally Located Condominium

This warm and comfortable condominium offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Wake up to birds singing and sun filtering through tall pine trees. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and accesses the balcony. The unit has just gone through extensive upgrades with new carpet, new comfortable overstuffed couch and love seat, new queen size beds and mattresses. The dining area seats 4 with an additional 4 seats at the counter overlooking the kitchen. Fully stocked and always updated kitchen utensils make it easy to cook. The stove is electric, and there is a microwave oven as well. Ample counter space make it easy to cook a big meal. BBQ grills are provided in the common area. One bedroom is located on the main level with a full bath. The loft bedroom offers a private bath with shower. The loft has beamed ceilings and over looks the living room area. Flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. Sorry, no pets. Thank you for understanding.
You are located within walking distance to shopping, library, restaurants and coffee shops. The lake is within walking distance as well.

Great location for a ski vacation at Diamond Peak. Comfy and realxing enviroment. Host was very communicative and easily accesible if we needed an answer or info. Will rent again!!!

There are ski slopes within 15-30 mins. Great restaurants nearby. Grocery shopping is right down the road. Phone service isn’t great at the condo but there is WiFi. The condo is older and not updated. But it has everything you might need such as kitchen items. We wish more firewood would have been provided for the fireplace, so if you want to use the fireplace recommend buying your own to use.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tahoe! The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently situated near everything we needed—restaurants, groceries, and the lake. Communication with the owner was excellent; they were responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Condo was great. Perfect for two couples or I am sure a family of 4. Loft bedroom is super nice and spacious with its own bathroom. Easy parking and well marked condo numbers. Host was super communicative and sent us directions, parking pass and all info needed a few days before our stay.

Great Place to Stay in Tahoe

We had a wonderful time in our greatly situated condo! It had everything we needed to make our first trip out to Tahoe perfect! Our host super responsive, quiet neighborhood, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Within 30 minutes of close beaches to swim ad 10 for nice hikes! Great place to stay - thank you!

Very nice stay for family ski trip

We had another great stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s also close to Diamond Peak, where we were skiing.

Great place to stick my kids while I stayed with my parents in incline village. They loved it. It was nice that they had fans available to keep it cool and provide a little bit of white noise for sleeping

Really enjoyed my time in Incline Village. The condo was located within walking distance to food and fun. I found the place to be very comfortable. My only complaints would be some minor maintenance issues and that the check in check out book could be simplified a bit. I had a great time

Very cozy apartment

Great stay in convenient location

Rental was clean and comfy. Had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Place does show a few wear and tear especially in the bathrooms but doesnt take away from the experience itself. Host was kind and responsive.
