The Milk House~ Built in 1920, This sweet cottage is available for two days minimum It features a queen bed, table & chairs, and a galley kitchen, a microwave, coffeemaker, induction cooktop, small fridge, sink, cookware, plates, glasses, utensils. Towels provided for the Bath & large shower. This cottage is two days minimum rentals on the 34 acre Fairchild Ranch Headquarters, on Hwy 1. Gently sloped hills to explore. The owners live full-time in the main house which was built in 1880.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
