This house was perfect! The location was a very short walk to the beach (seriously, it’s a short walk to a very nice beach access) There was a small grocery story in walking distance that was very convenient. The yard was huge and the back yard patio and fire pit were the perfect spot to hang out and relax in the evening. The house is close to everything! Boardwalk, Broadway and eating. The hot water stayed hot long enough for everyone to take showers too! Owner was very nice and very responsive. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Centrally located with easy access to the beach and waterside attractions. The place was large, we just had 2 but the place would accommodate 10-12 people.

Myrtle beach trip

We loved our stay! Location was very close to the beach and boardwalk and we were able to walk almost everywhere! We loved sitting out on the porch and back deck during downtime. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. David checked in with us frequently and ensured everyone was doing well. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Photos posted with VRBO were mostly inaccurate. Property was definitely not clean, there were terrible smells in ground floor bathroom and it could not be used during stay. Quite a few other issues and would not recommend this property as a true listing for VRBO
Stayed 7 nights in Mar 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 25 Apr 2026
Really sorry about the issues you encountered as this is certainly not the experience we strive for. In early April we terminated 3 of our cleaners as cleanliness issues were unacceptable. The guest prior to your arrival also completely disrespected our property (one of the worst we have ever seen) resulting in the smell you encountered and the other issues you had. We have since remediated the smell caused by that guest and resolved every one of your concerns you had. If you had contacted us during your stay we would have sent staff right away to remedy each issue you encountered within a couple of hours.
