The air went out right before we arrived. The owner had to put in a whole new unit. The work was done quickly and we had air again.The house was very nice and the pool was great since it was in the upper 90's during our stay.

Beautiful spacious home! Adam was great at communication. We were disappointed to find there wasn't a washer and dryer, but we made it work!

Fantastic time!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and well organized. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Many of the comforts of home including several of the small things I have not found in other rental properties. Great communication and problem solving. The only problem at all was getting signed into the wifi and that was solved within about an hour. Very impressed! Will stay there again if we vacation in San Diego again.

Sunshine State

The location was great. The house was amazing. The pool was dirty and very cold but it does start its not heated. We just thought it would be warmer. The only recommendation I have is if you are looking for quiet this isnt the place. The neighborhood is calm the school/field behind the house not so much. We needed to be up early every morning and the high school band made it difficult to go to bed early every night we were there. If marching band music is your thing until 10ish every night this is your place!!
