Spacious eat-in kitchen with dining room table and separate outdoor pergola perfect for entertaining. Spacious living room with wood burning fireplace and separate den for kids to play. Mudroom with full washer and dryer. Cross the street for drinks or dinner at Duryea's and the entrance to Orient Beach State Park (bike (10 min), run or drive into the park itself), 10 min walk to the beaches of Orient Point County Park, 20 min bike / 5 min drive to historic Orient town center and Truman's Beach (beach guest pass available).
