This is a very nice, clean unit with a beautiful view, the kitchen has many updates, nice clean bedrooms have king beds with
big screen tv's in each bedroom. Two bathrooms both with shower/tub combos. With this unit located on the east end of the building you will enjoy a beautiful sunrise view directly from the living room or outside on the balcony. This would be a great place to start your next vacation.

Once you go outside to start enjoying your vacation you will find the Summit has a tiki bar located down by the pool for your pool area with easy access to the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can be on the white sandy beaches.

Nice & Clean

Overall, we loved the condo. Literally the only complaints were the overhead light and one of the lamps in the master did not work. The problem was reported, but it didn't get fixed. It wasn't a deal breaker though. The natural light from the windows helped. Also, the ventilation in the master wasn't great. Could not feel the a/c through the vents. Other than those simple items, we enjoyed the room!

Sunshine with a view

The place was wonderful! Clean, great location. Only issue was with the elevators, total of 4 and 2 went down while there. Other than that, we had an amazing stay.
