Only 500(ish) steps to the beach to this Seaside Paradise! You'll love this newly renovated Surf-Themed 3 bed 2 bath condo with all the comforts of home. You'll find new linens, cookware (including a crock pot), starter toiletries plus a dryer/flat iron, beach chairs/towels/cooler and more. Step outside to the heated pool (or visit one of the other 2) or take a walk on one of the many trails. You can take a pitstop to play some tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball, or head to the gym. Take a drive to Flagler Ave. and check out the shops and restaurants. There's always something fun to do in our community for everyone.

Sand wash station located in the parking lot; Please rinse feet, shoes/beach items; Excessive sand clean-up may be subject to add'l cleaning fee.
A copy of Sea Woods community rules and regulations is in condo and shall be incorporated into this agreement. A copy can be emailed upon request.
