This cozy townhome can accommodate up to 5 guests, but we think the perfect group size is 4.
This home is the perfect launchpad for your PNW adventure, work-from-home-cation, or long-term stay with a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit W/D, private parking, WFH station, and high-speed internet.
You can drive just 5-10 minutes to the best restaurants Seattle has to offer in Madison Valley, Capitol Hill, or International District, or you can stay home and cook. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with essential utensils, cookware, and spices.
Stay in and enjoy our 43” SmartTV or our 10+ board games. Sit outside and enjoy a good book with a hot cup of tea (on us!)
When you do go out to enjoy the city or mountains, don’t stress about finding parking, we have a private spot right in front of the house, and there is plenty of available street parking near the house!
Like many homes in Seattle, our home was built facing an alley rather than the main street in order to conserve space. Don't worry, it's perfectly safe! However, it can be a bit tricky to find if it's your first time. We'll send specific instructions before check in to make sure everything goes smoothly!
While the PNW has so much to offer, we understand that sometimes work has just got to get done. To make this experience as pleasant as possible, we provide a workstation complete with a 27” curved monitor, docking station, and high-speed internet.
If you need to clean your clothes, we have a brand-new LG washer and dryer with an ample supply of detergent and dryer sheets. Guest access While you’re staying at our home, the entire house will be your private oasis. Feel free to explore the entire house with the exception of our cleaner closet (we’ve gotta keep the refills somewhere!)
There’s no need for keys either, we’ll give you a digital code that will give you access to the house
Other things to note We take great pride in being conscientious neighbors and request the same of you and your companions. Hence, we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, property damage, and cleanliness. Please follow the below rules to ensure the property and neighborhood remains in excellent condition.
Parties/Events Policy: Parties or events are NOT PERMITTED for any reason. If we are alerted to such unauthorize incident, your reservation will be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY without REFUND.
Quite Hours Policy: please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. This home is equipped with a noise monitoring system to ensure that noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record any actual sounds or conversations.
Smoking / Vaping Policy: this is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.
Shoe Policy: We are a NO shoes house (don’t worry, we keep it clean). All shoes must be taken off at entry. We strongly recommend bringing a pair of slides/slippers for the backyard. Please help keep our home clean and in great shape for all future guests. It is difficult and time-consuming to clean such stains, therefore, a $50 fee will be charged per carpet/rug stain left in the home.
Safety Policy: We do not condone any unsafe activities on the premises. Any unsafe activities may result in IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of reservation with NO REFUND. These may activities include, but not limited to:
- Jumping from/over any railing - Jumping from elevated surfaces - Climbing out of bedroom windows onto any surface - Do not exceed the guest count not approved for reservation - No drug use, including marijuana - No alcohol consumption by guests under 21 - No fireworks/hazardous materials - No thefts - No refunds for any reason
Below are sample penalties that we may claim against your security deposit:
- Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size - Smoking in the home: $350 - Noise complaints: $150 - Late check-out past 10 am without approval: $75 - Surpassing guest count on reservation: $50 per guest, per night - Additional cleaning due to undue filthiness: $250

The place was clean and cheerful as described. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful. Safeway is a very short walk away, which was convenient.
Delightful! Our family stayed for a week. The space was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the WiFi was reliable, and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay again!
Location is everything, and this location is central to everything you want to do in Seattle! Nestled in a neighborhood that feels homey and not overly sterile like some places. Rental was clean, comfortable, and well stocked for what we wanted. Best thing about this rental was the off street parking! What a great perk in Seattle! Would definitely stay here again without a second thought. Walking distance to several food choices and a Safeway.
After moving from overseas, I stayed in this property while getting my permanent home ready. David was gracious enough to allow our pets and us to stay, and I am so grateful; it made our experience much more comfortable and less stressful. The property itself is very nice. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare good meals. The location is great; there are good places to eat and shop nearby, and you can get anywhere you need to go via public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall, this was a great stay, and I highly recommend this property.
The area this property was nestled in afforded us many short drives to and from the many parts of Seattle we were visiting.
The owner was very communicative and for that I am extremely grateful for. We asked for an earlier check-in, although that didn’t work out. The owner didn’t just reply “no can-do” but understood the reasoning behind our asking, which just made my asking feel good.
Overall I totally recommend booking this property.

Really, this spot is the perfect location for someone looking for a chill home base to visit seattle or have a work-cation. With a WFH station, parking, in-unit washer dryer and close proximity to Downtown (as well as a Microsoft Connector stop) you really are in a prime location.
