About this property

Minutes from Virginia Tech and Downtown Blacksburg!

Custom built Modern Farmhouse Style home completed June 2022. Many upgrades, screened in porch, patio with firepit, walkable to Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg. 3 level home with living room on each level. 4 BR's plus 2 sleeper sofas. 10 guests Maximum. 8 cars maximum. Only parking available is in the driveway. NO on-street parking available. Please note... this is our primary residence and is furnished as such. The drawers and closets are full. We will make room in each closet to hang and place clothes. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. The upside is you will not want for anything. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked and available for your full use including any spices, etc. We provide all linens and towels (separate from our personal linens and towels), toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, personal soap, tissues, etc. We rented our old home for 10 years prior to building this new home. We are excited to be able to provide our new home as a rental for families traveling to this beautiful area! Please be aware while we do not allow renters to bring pets, we do have pets. We VERY thoroughly clean our home prior to every rental. If you do have severe cat or dog allergies, we may not be a good rental option for you.

Will definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was great! The location is perfect for getting to VT quickly and the house is new. It felt like a home away from home. The owners were so nice and easy to contact if we needed anything. All the little touches made our stay relaxing and fun. The kids loved the screened in porch and the big backyard.

Great house! Interior is nicely decorated and has all the comforts and amenities on all 3 floors. Screened porch with ping pong, darts, fireplace and large TV was a favorite. Nice yard with patio and fire pit and plenty of parking with 2 driveways. Christy is a great host and communication is easy. We got lots of compliments on the house and have already started talking about renting it again next year.

Great House! Great Location!

Beautiful, newer home with every amenity you would ever need, PLUS! We were there on a football weekend with a 10-15 minute walk to stadium. Screened porch with ping pong, darts, cornhole, TV, fireplace and outdoor heaters. Outdoor firepit. Property manager has great communication and goes out of her way for your comfort. Absolute 5 star and looking forward to staying again:)

Perfect Weekend!

The home and our weekend was absolutely perfect. Christy, our host, thought of everything to make our weekend ideal. The house was immaculately clean upon our arrival and she quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay. The screened porch and the firepit were wonderful. We lived out there when we weren’t at graduation activities. Also, more bonuses, Christy provided plenty of towels, great sheets and a fully stocked kitchen! Definitely a first class VRBO!

Hokie visit

This house was amazing and the host was incredible. We spent the Easter holiday weekend in Blacksburg visiting with our Hokie and this property was perfect. It has all the amenities you could ever want and the location is perfect. My hokie believes it may be the nicest house in Blacksburg. Descriptions and pictures are just as they say. It is a short walk to the grocery store and a 10-15 minute walk to Lane Stadium or Main street. Christy was a pleasure to deal with and was always attentive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Blacksburg. We definitely plan on staying here again.
