This Penthouse was so beautiful, yet comfortable. It made out trip so nice. When we were in Long Beach we had a great time and then to return to the Penthouse was like a calm and comfort that made our trip so wonderful. We will definately be back.
Second time staying on the property. Host was very responsive. Amazing sunsets and views of downtown, the harbor, shoreline and beaches. Dining, shopping and activities are just outside the entrance. Rail station is a block away and will have you downtown LA in an hour.
Gorgeous apartment with awesome views and great location within walking distance to many restaurants, the aquarium, convention center, marina, etc... Location, location, location. We could not have picked a better place to stay for a mini vacation.
Fantastic! The penthouse and entire building are top notch! Staff were friendly and it’s a beautiful location. My 20 something kids loved it….the pool, restaurants, beaches, etc. We will return!!
Nothing like a getaway adventure with a stay within a beautiful and well appointed space. This penthouse apartment did not disappoint. Even better was the location’s logistical convenience to many neighboring restaurants as well as the Long Beach pier and ferry landing from where we happily ventured over to Catalina Island. While check in should have been a bit easier, particularly with the early check in option, Customer Support was great in responding to help get us through the process and into the space with little downtime. Also noteworthy was their follow up in making sure our needs and expectations were met. Overall, we had a fantastic time and can’t wait to make a return visit!
This penthouse apartment is BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views and sea breeze, and the apartment itself is very nicely laid out and has all the amenities. Lots of good stuff to do within walking distance and convenient to everything else in the LA/OC metro area. The only downside is the downtown homeless and crime element, but I did not feel unsafe walking my dog outside, even at night. I would buy this place to live in!
I had some troubles getting into the property at first. Once we gained access the unit was beautiful and the views were amazing! Came for mother's day weekend and ended up extended the trip an additional day.

Property exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, clean, excellent location, fantastic parking and check in/check out process. Property management stayed in great contact and were quick to respond to any questions that we had.
The place is very nice! Friendly people from front office to management group. Location is perfect, too bad there was a storm during our stay that we weren't able to go to the beach.
location of penthouse was perfect, unit was beautiful, views incredible and every interaction i had with host company was very courteous and helpful...the issue being - i shouldn't have had to have as many interactions....
* 1st - checkin - while i sat in lobby for over an hour because early check in request went unanswered - as i tried to check in 10 min b4, 5 b4, on time , 10 min after - i got mess "too early to check in"...finally got through by phone and got what i needed - 30 min later
* 2nd - wifi - there was name/password in check in note; there was name/password listed in the unit - neither worked -finally after i sent screen shots- received yet a 3rd wifi name/password to sign in - worked!
*3rd - while not anyone's fault - there was no water in the unit at all from 8am until 10pm on Monday...this was very difficult....
..... but probably the reason i almost gave just 1 star...
*4th - i never felt safe!!!! not because of the location -which was fine - but because the unit is key fob only - and no way to secure the unit from entry....and my worst fear came true as we sat on sunday enjoying the view - after the race - just relaxing- a loud group, using a key fob made entry into to unit....saw us and immediately closed door, and used key fob to re-lock....NOT COOL!!!! when i reached out i got an "i'm sorry-we don't know who/why that happened" - NOT reassuring!!!
So to recap - 5 star location, 5 star unit - 0 stars for feeling safe
I know people don’t like long reviews so I’ll bullet point and summarise.
* Quality of apartment is very low. They charge luxury prices but the finish is terrible. Cupboard doors fall off, door locks break, flimsy furniture and appliances
* Felt very unsafe - no chain on door so anyone with a fob could walk in - which they did - without consent!
* No safe to secure belongings, which was horrible as we knew people were coming in whilst we were out.
* Not enough crockery, cutlery, or pool towels for guests.
* Lack of basic kitchen utensils, like a sieve, potato peeler, pyrex cooking dishes..
* Although on the surface it looks clean, i don't think the floor has ever seen a mop and vacuum cleaner to help keep it clean
* Towel quality very poor
* All white furniture, which is all stained, so looks dirty
* Very strict rules about guests and use of balcony! You have to ask them if you can have guests over! And you have to be off the balcony by 10pm!
* Incorrect information given re wifi. The check in email gives one code, the apartment information upon arrival gives different code, and when neither works and you email, they give you a completely different password! Very frustrating and incompetant.
* Very unhelpful management team. I complained about many things and they kept fobbing me off telling me it would be sorted and then it wasn't.
* Terrible TV sound. A TV with no sound bar so the sound is awful.
* The area, although quiet, was nowhere near anything.
