The home comfortably sleeps up to 9, with a king bed, two queen beds, an attic loft with three singles for the kiddos, and two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub for the littles). The great room is huge with inviting and comfy seating for games, talking or movie watching. You'll enjoy cool comfort with central A/C, a fully equipped chefs kitchen with modern appliances, and garage parking for two cars- unheard of in the Shore!
Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio or unwinding after sunset by the fire, this spacious, beachy retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort and upscale coastal charm.

Looking to explore more of Southern California? Belmont Heights, Long Beach is centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County, with easy access to freeways and Pacific Coast Hwy. Disneyland is 25 minutes away; Universal, Santa Monica, and Laguna Beach about an hour.
HOUSE RULES:
* Your reservation includes registered guests only.
* Notify us in advance if anyone other than registered guests will be on site.
* Absolutely NO parties or filming.
* No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on our property.
* Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am every day. No exceptions. Be kind to our neighbors.
* Charges for cleaning or repair of furnishings due to misuse will be assessed.
*We allow two small / medium dogs with pet fee per pet. Costs for damage to furniture, rugs, walls etc. that cannot be cleaned and must be replaced will be assessed to the guest.
*Guests are to observe health and safety guidelines published in our Welcome Guide. The owner and host are not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur from the use of the facilities on the property.
While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music or parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.

Here you'll find a laid back beachy vibe, happy smiling people, and an interesting diverse community. I've had the pleasure to host guests here since 2018 and share this piece of paradise with hundreds of guests, many of whom return annually to make family memories, take care of business, or enjoy the peaceful solitude that comes with sea breezes, sand between your toes and a vibrant sunset.

Belmont Shore is vibrant, fun and super friendly community. Walkable and dog friendly! This location is close enough to everything you need, yet far enough from the crowds to feel like a real escape. It's the perfect blend of relaxation and beach town energy.
