Everything was as described and Ashley was a pleasure to deal with leading up to our trip and during our stay there! House was very clean and backyard was great to use during our stay here. Would highly recommend this place while visiting Louisville!

Bourbon trail trip

This location was ideal for our bourbon trail trip as we were centrally located while being very close to the thru-way as well as being right next to a Costco and Walmart for all our short term shopping needs.

Our stay here was simply amazing. Easy check in and check out. House feels very welcoming and everything you need is provided.. kids had fun playing with outside toys provided. We will book here again on out next kentucky kingdom trip.. thank you to the hosts for everything you provide and making us fell so welcome.

Everything was just perfect!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was 6 of us which was a challenge with one bath but we made it work. Our family enjoyed the firepit and lawn outside which saw many games of bags! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Excellent Homebase for Derby Weekend

We loved staying at the Jungalow for the weekend of the Kentucky Derby with a group of friends. The hosts provided us with a gift basket complete with all the fixins for Old Fashioned's to celebrate! While it's in a suburban-esque area, the location was convenient for getting around Louisville - Ubers/Lyft were usually there in 20 minutes or less and the rides were reasonably priced. There is a pleasant and private backyard area to use as well when the weather is nice. Would definitely be back!

Nice place

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There were some things that need to be addressed. The big one that really worried my husband and I was the dishwasher in the kitchen. It was not installed properly and could have been dangerous for our children. Another thing that was frustrating was that the information on vrbo was inaccurate. The pictures reflected that one of the rooms had bunk beds. I choose this house because I have two boys that preferred bunk beds like at home. When I messaged the host they said that they updated the home 6 months ago. They then updated the pictures while they were messaging me. Plus they replaced the bunk beds with 2 full size beds. This took up all the room in the room. Another problem was that the grass was not mowed when we arrived, the host did have the problem addressed the next morning. Some other things that might be nice to think about would be to have ceiling fans in all the rooms and adding some grippers in the bathtub. The master bed room was very warm compared to the rest if the house and the box fans that were provided didn't work safely around smaller children. Now there were some nice amenities. They provided a high chair and pack n play that kept us from having to pack those things. They also supplied a nice variety of things in the kitchen that made it easy to cook for our family of five. We are thankful that we choose a vrbo over a hotel and we will do it again. However probably not this property.
