Everything was perfect! From parking the car, entering the garden, and entering the cottage, we were welcomed into a private world of comfort and beauty. Everything we needed was available in the cottage and studio and both are full of charm. But for us, the garden was the real scene stealer. And as the sun set, the lanterns started to glow, giving the space an even more magical. Thank you for sharing this space with us.

We are always happy to share our hideaway and very much appreciate when our guests discover it's magic. Tucked away yet waterside, barefoot and casual and not just a little crooked and off balance. Thank you Ellen and Kitty. You are welcome back when ever the mood strikes.

It didn't take long for us to settle into vacation mode when we walked through the front gate into this beautiful oasis! We miss being lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves, the cool breeze coming through the windows and sitting on the deck enjoying the views. The property was stunning with colorful gardens, ample outdoor seating, and a clean and well equipped house. The location is one mile south of Provincetown center which provides a quiet location within walking distance of all that Ptown has to offer. Kip communicated all info that was needed ahead of time and was so thoughtful with leaving a handwritten note and bottle of wine for our arrival. Thank you for sharing your stunning home for our family vacation, Kip and Tony!

Enjoyed our 4 night stay following several days in Boston and Salem in October. If was our first time in the New England area from the SE with 2 adults and 3 tweens/teens. The location was so quiet, right outside of the bustle of Provincetown within walking distance of Fanizzi’s which we ordered out from twice for the kids and at onsite once. We rented some bikes which I recommend if you’re group is up for it because parking is quite heavy in the busiest areas. Or walk which we did multiple times. This renovated beach house is right on the water which was a must have for me when I booked. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. It was chilly in early October but watching the tides roll in and out, birds, people walking their dogs, and watching the cruise ships come in for their day long trips was really fun. The porch had plenty of seating, the garden was fenced in and gorgeous! The cottage was awesome and such a neat additional to the property. The space was tidy and perfect for that nostalgic Cape Cod experience right on the beach. The kitchen having spices and extras was a perk, too. Thank you for sharing this special place!

We found everything about this lovely beachfront house on the bay in Provincetown to be as advertised. The deck and garden were beautiful and provided both privacy and a beautiful view of the bay. Honestly, the deck was so lovely and comfortable that we were tempted to spend all our time there and miss all the other attractions that Provincetown offers. Inside, the house was very clean and well-appointed, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped and stocked with most staples. (Amenities included a nicely stocked bar.) Kip and Tony were very gracious hosts and stayed in touch with us throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already contemplating a visit in 2027!

Thanks Eileen and Meg, We're so glad you enjoyed yourself and yes, getting up from the deck can feel like such a chore! The constant tidal changes create a shifting landscape. Sometimes a flat blue mirrored surface or turquoise water then an empty landscape with wide stretches of sand bars and tidal pools for the dogs to come and play on. Safe travels and see you next year.
