We invite you, your friends, and your family here to enjoy a blissful San Diego vacation in this beautiful 3-story townhome! Located in the heart of Mission Beach and within the new developmental community of Bayside Cove, this home checks every box when looking for an ideal home-away-from-home. Its upgraded appliances are complemented by beachy, modern decor and fine furnishings. The spacious living room opens up to an extended balcony complete with an outdoor dining set (not pictured) and a barbecue to host and entertain for all. Just a block from the Bay and a few blocks from the Beach, you'll enjoy long days outside with excitement to come home and cozy up on the sofa and cook up your favorite home cooked meal.

Neighborhood Notes:
Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Another fantastic stay at this impressive VRBO! Meticulously maintained with everything you could possibly need on vacation. Minutes from the ocean and bay in a very quiet and pleasant area. This VRBO offers guests plenty of privacy and also a beautiful first floor kitchen and spacious family room gathering space. Nice and light and comfortable throughout.

Perfect stay

The property had every amenity for a beach vacation and all the builder upgrades from quartz countertops to engineered hardwood floors. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hanging out playing chess and table shuffleboard.

The property has a great location and easy access to the beach and the bay. Comfortable layout and furniture and very well stocked kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It was very clean and I would definitely stay again for my next trip. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our stay. Well stocked, clean, walking distance to beach and Belmont Park. The garage fit two small Rav-4 size cars but it was tight. 2 Larger cars would have a hard time. We really enjoyed the home!

Amazing Location, Super Clean and Spacious. Parking a plus

Short walk to the beach with a 2 car garage filled with beach chairs. The 3 bedrooms and layout allowed our family of 5 to spread out. We felt spoiled and could truly enjoy our trip without filling like we were on top of each other. On suite bathroom was a plus.

Great stay!

We loved the location! So close to the beach, but far enough away so that it was a quiet retreat. Having a 2 car garage was a treat as parking in Mission Beach can be difficult. Close to restaurants. Beautiful property.

We loved this cute home located perfectly between the ocean beach & the bay. This home away from home was clean, super comfortable, & had everything that we might’ve needed. Our rental van fit nicely in the garage which was great because finding parking along the street is difficult. Check in & out was easy. Thank you!!

Clean and bright condo for Family Spring Break

Stayed 5 days for a family spring break trip. Condo/townhouse was exactly as described, and very clean. Had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom with all linens. Loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and toys available.

We love this house

This is an amazing vacation home! It's newly built with a 2-car garage, AC, and everything you could ask for. We'll be returning time and time again to enjoy this unit. It was so nice to be able to walk to Belmont Park and other local shops/restaurants. Great job Swell Team!

Fantastic stay at Mission Beach

Perfect location for our family holiday with ages from one to eighty. Huge garage was a bonus for the minivan we had. Ground floor with en suite suited our 80 year old Great Grand Nana perfectly. Location near the beaches, Belmont park, kids parks, was excellent and yet so quiet. Everthing we needed for the trip was supplied, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs. It was perfect!

Great place for a family vacation

Absolutely loved this house! It’s in such an ideal spot — close to the water, short walk to Belmont Park, yet still feels private and is quiet. The garage size was spacious for the area. Communications with the owners were informative and prompt. We really loved the layout. The lower level bedroom with en suite full bath allowed my mother-in-law to essentially have her own private space, while the rest of the family had ample space and bathrooms upstairs. Also, very nice to have the half bath on the middle floor. Would love to stay here again!

This home is beautiful and located perfectly in a quiet area close to the hustle and bustle when you want it. FYI, the couch on the balcony image of the listing has been replaced with a table so if you want a couch, it is not there. Lovely home, the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen with a VRBO. Quick interacting with management.

Perfect family beach home

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location to enjoy all Mission Beach has to offer. Despite the proximity to Belmont, there is very little noise due to the tucked-back design. The home itself is amazing, very new with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach, including a shuffle board table! Having the two car garage was a bonus. Communication with property management was excellent, quick and helpful responses.We will absolutely be back!

Great house, perfect location

This home is spacious, clean, has AC in all rooms, has a beautiful kitchen with all the supplies you need, and is perfectly located within walking distance of both an ocean-front beach and a calm bayside beach. You’re also within walking distance of the Belmont amusement park and multiple coffee shops and causal cafes. It’s also a short, easy drive to La Jolla and other sights in San Diego. The garage is spacious and has beach chairs and boogie boards. My only feedback would be to add bedside lamps to the nightstands in the bedrooms and to consider getting softer mattresses. (The latter is a personal preference.)

Great stay

Very nice place. More functional than luxurious, but very much as expected. Our first experience w/ Swell & very impressed with their level (& style) of service -- attentive, accommodating & fun. Somewhat annoying that we were expected to not wear shoes on the carpet. Also master bed was quite firm (just not our preference & fyi to other who may feel the same.) Other than that, the place worked perfectly for what we needed. Awesome to have the full size 2 car garage. We fit our full size sedan & SUV in together! Thanks again, Swell! We have a feeling we'll be working w/ you again.
