Cozy villa on the back row of this complex overlooking the marsh land and has a beautiful view of the bay area. If your looking for a smaller size rental for the family this is the rental for you. The villa is fully furnished with linens, towels and dishes. There is is limited parking under the complex. Oversized vehicles and trucks with trailers is restricted on parking. Enjoy this modern cabin for just a couple's getaway, family get together or whatever the occasion.

The house was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed! The renter was super sweet, helpful and responded fast to my messages! Will definitely stay again our next trip!

Everything was great! The office was super friendly, we had a car we had to leave after we checked out. One of the kids went swimming with the key fob. They assured us the car would be safe. Everyone had a great time. Looking foward to be back yearly.

Inexpensive with everything you need

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The living room furniture has seen better days (stains & worn) but can put a throw over it and call it good. This property has several units and we were there close to spring break so it was a little noisy. Also, there was a lot of trash on grounds & cans were full.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

WARNING: This complex is NOT for a family. Other than the house being ok, this place is not for families. There were tons of college kids hanging around everywhere, playing loud music. They were setting off fireworks off the deck, which is not safe at all. The wifi barely works and we were blocked in by kids' cars, and side by side all weekend. When I called to see what to do about this, they did nothing. I would not stay here again EVER.
