Great House for A Family Vacation

We loved staying in this house. It had everything we needed, plenty of room for the kids to run around, and a well stocked kitchen area. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and near the main road that you can hop on to get anywhere you want to go.

House was in a good neighborhood code to everything. Quiet and comfortable but only three blocks from the main drag, 1/2 mile from the freeway. It was perfect for our needs.

Convenient location, with a relatively quiet street. Only reason for the overall 4 star review, was the oven/stove was out when we arrived. There was breaker issue that they were able to have fixed on the 3rd day of our stay. The grill had new grates and burner covers, but the starter tube was rusted out and the fire starter was out of fuel. Very responsive on communication with the stove problem and a comfortable home.

We had to evacuate Florida and found this listing. The house is as the listing states. We originally booked for 3 nights but because of hurricane impact, after we arrived we decided to only stay 2 nights and then head for our home. Why they chose this property

We chose The Lakes because it’s a quiet residential pocket with easy access to I-95 and Kings Bay. It’s peaceful (tucked into cul-de-sacs), but you’re still close to groceries, restaurants, and quick day trips to the coast and St. Marys.

What makes this property unique

It’s the best of both worlds—quiet cul-de-sac setting, but close to everything. Inside is updated and comfy, and outside you’ve got a fenced yard, grill, and firepit for relaxing evenings.
