INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Perfect place to stay!

The property was everything and more than we anticipated! The location was within walking distance of so many restaurants and other locations. The distance to the beach was perfect and the onsite bar/grill was amazing! The added convenience of having two beach chairs plus the other benefits that are included with the condo is a great bonus! Highly recommend to anyone!

Sunrise Beach is always a perfect location and view of the ocean. We've stayed at SRB for several years and this unit is by far the best we've ever rented. Awesome roomy and comfy furniture including on the balcony. The quality of the kitchen appliances and some of the cookware and tools is better than my own. The selection of decor can't be beat. The large TV's and full size bed and trundle in the bunk room instead of twin is a bonus along with the free chairs, umbrellas, and activities. We will be staying here again if possible, every time.

Beautiful Condo in PCB

The condo is VERY nice. The property owners have paid for 2 beach chair rentals, but if you need more chairs, you will need to pay additional rental fees. The rental company was very easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great resort and space

My family and I could not get enough of the views. With the water being a little chilly my wife and kids were able to jump into the hot tub at night to warm up. We met a lot of wonderful people while hanging out at the beach and at the pool area.

Very beautiful condo. Kitchen was totally furnished and beds were extremely comfortable. The setting on the balcony view was spectacular. Terrific location to grocery stores and restaurants. Not a thing to complain about.

Sunrise Condo 1602

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The decorations were tastefully done. Our grandchildren enjoyed having their own rooms with televisions. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was amazing. The shower was huge and the water pressure was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with a variety of dishes. It was very nice having a vacuum since we spent a lot of time at the beach. This unit also included our beach chairs which was very nice. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. The balcony furniture was amazing. We really enjoyed stay here and hope to return.

Great location for our family vacation

The property was as described and in a great location for our family of 5. The beach access was wonderful for the warm days, and the heated pool was nice for the chillier days. The beds were comfy, the kids loved having TVs in their rooms, the shower head in the master was amazing, kitchen had all we needed, and we had enough space to spread out. A few minor issues to note: the unit could use a bit more attention to detail in cleaning - the utensil cannister on the counter had hair in it, coffee was spilled down the lower cabinets, and there was food smeared on the upper cabinets. We cleaned them up, but would have expected those things to be taken care of between renters. The icemaker didn't work and the water from the refrigerator had floaties in it, so we didn't use those (just purchased a bag of ice from the lower level of the building). A clothes basket also would have been helpful for laundry. Minor issues though; we would stay here again!
