Dated and in need of improvements

Older home with confusing light switches for everything. Several lights not functional especially outside by the pool. The pool is in need of repair with minimal functioning jets and a makeshift jet hanging on the side of the pool. It is not covered and attracts ducks IN THE POOL and their droppings on the pool deck. Uncomfortable beds and zero hand towels. Would not choose this again.
