Recently stayed for a one week trip. Property was updated, clean, and furnished with enough supplies for the stay. Great choice for a family looking for more space than a standard hotel provides. Owner/property manager was super responsive. Easy check in and out process.

Home away from home

The property was excellent. We have no complaints. The property was close enough to the beach where we spent most of our time. The kids really enjoyed the pool! We hope to stay here again the next time we travel to Tampa area.

Nice stay! Responsive owners.

We had a great stay over spring break. The house had a lot of amenities we were looking for. Although the pool was not heated, the temperature was great for the beginning of April. Nice to have things like pack and plays, beach chairs and umbrellas since we were driving down. The neighborhood was quiet. The property owner was extremely responsive and provided all the accommodations that were on the listing.

Granddaughter 6th birthday

We stayed at this property to celebrate our granddaughter’s 6th birthday. It was very clean and spacious. Looked like the photos on the site. The pool was a good size and warm - spent a lot of time swimming/playing. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke alarm. Contacted the owner and very shortly had batteries delivered to solve the problem. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Everything was great

House had everything we needed. Great location, about 20 minutes from the beaches. Rooms were a good size, bedding was soft, pool was great but we could only use it twice because of rain but we still enjoyed it. Highly recommend
