Great complex, unit in need of an update.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex many times. Great complex, amazing views, but this condo needs an update. Master shower needs grout replaced & mold cleared, couch and chairs were in rough shape (stained & dingy, uncomfortable with little padding left) and the rug in the sitting area was constantly bunching up so tripping issue. Personal choice but would not have carpet throughout for a beach property.Manager was very responsive, offered to have furniture and carpet cleaned, and worked out a credit. My understanding is that this Unit has just been purchased and the new owner is renovating. We'll check it out to rent again if this is done.
