I love everything about the home and the host! I absolutely enjoyed my time in this beautiful little home… And Ashlee, the host was just wonderful.Highly recommend this stay!!
Such a cute, comfortable house for us to stay in! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and really lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy a beautiful weekend!
The home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The only thing I heard from the family is, need better toilet paper and more outlets. They said the toilet paper was like 1/2 ply. LOLOther than that, it was perfect! Lots of room!!
Great stay. Perfect for our adult family to stay. Based on reviews, we were aware of steep steps, floor transition into the kitchen that is a toe buster and that there Is an occupant in the apartment in the cellar. Will stay again!!! Thanks!!
We had a really good time! House was perfect for two families. Kids played outside alot. Good location. Host was very responsive and welcoming. Will stay again.

Thank you for your review, Erika! We would love to have you again!
Everything was as advertised and the location was great, being very central to a lot of food, bars, golf, etc. Shower could use an upgrade as it gets the bathroom wet from being so outdated, but everything else was great! Communication and check-in was hassle free as well.
The property is very well kept, house was spotless. Outside ammonites were nice, from fire pit, large grill, cornhole, even lite up for nighttime play. White lights for ambiance. Great location. Perfect fo family's.
We had a really lovely stay at this property. The proximity to the various wine tasting regions made it a great spot. Most of the wineries close down around 5 or 6pm, so it was nice to have a comfortable place to relax for the rest of the evening and not be cooped up in a hotel room. It is on a main arterial, so there is some road noise, but it didn't bother us at all. The A/C was a huge plus on an unseasonably warm spring weekend! We would definitely stay here again.
The stay with my in-laws at this house was all good, although the back door entrance into the kitchen needs a warning sign as all of us just about tripped walking in.
We also couldn’t find the thermostat, we had no control at all on warm or coolness of the house. Other than that it was a good stay.
Historic Home with just the right amount of updates was perfect for our family to stay in for the 6 days we were in Yakima for the 1A/2A State Basketball Tournament. It was so nice to have the cozy living room with gas fireplace to relax in after a crazy day of cheering on our teams. The updated kitchen and new washer & dryer were a great asset.
The only downside were the gates you had to manually open and close every time you leave the property to get your car in and out. Ashlee was a great property and accessible property manager!
The property was nice but we were disappointed to find out it had a long term rental in the basement. We rented a house so we could just be our loud family. We didn’t stay in a hotel for that purpose. When finding out there was a person below us we had to watch our levels of conversation and laughter. I would have found a different place had I known this detail.
The property and house were impeccably clean. Good kitchen but a little lacking on kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Living room/dining room great for a large group. Claw foot bath tub/shower was quite an experience!
Located on a relatively busy street so some road noise. A little surprising that there was a long term renter in the basement but it wasn’t a problem.
Ashlee was very easy to work with.
My mom and i had a wedding to attend in Ellensburg, and family lives in Yakima. The house was amazing. Close proximity to where we needed to go, the freeway access was not far at all to get to Ellensburg. The home was well equipped, beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn’t have the opportunity to cook but if we had, the kitchen had all the necessities. The front porch was a great place to sit and unwind in the evenings and great to have coffee in the mornings to start our day. The two gates made ingress and egress a snap. We did not have the opportunity to use the backyard space but there was nice furniture, a fire pit and even a corn hole set in the laundry room if you wanted to utilize the space. It reminded me of my grandparents home, all the historic details with modern touches. If i get back to Yakima I would definitely stay here again! We did not use the loft or upstairs bedroom as Mom and i slept in the two bedrooms downstairs. This place was a highlight of our visit. The owner was very responsive.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
