We spent the last 3 weeks in Monica’s rental. It was perfect for our needs. It was close-in to everything. The residence was clean and as described. We are planning another shorter trip to Yakima in December and plan to stay in the smaller mother-in-law she has in the backyard. Thanks Monica!

The house is well located, for families, by the park, and for downtown access. It was nice that there were bedrooms on each floor, so as grandparents we could have a little privacy upstairs and our kids and grandkids could have the main floor. The grandkids played a lot in the fenced backyard.
