The property was amazing. We loved the privacy and peace and quiet. The hot tub was a highlight. Sitting out under the stars with clear skies in a hot tub is magic. Thank you
I highly recommend this rental. The unit is cozy and extremely comfortable. There is central air was nice. Fully accommodating kitchen. Very private but a bit challenging to locate after dark.
This was a great property for four sisters from the Midwest. We enjoyed the rural setting. Walking along the canal road with one of the resident dogs was a highlight. We didn’t cook too much at the house but we were pleased with the amenities. The fresh ground coffee was a great way to start the day. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay.
This is the second time we stayed at this property, because you cant find a better place in the Yakima area. It is close to the city and restaurants, but it is further away and secluded. You can go and take long walks in the country or enjoy the beautiful house. If you are staying in Yakima this is a must
Our stay at the big bear ranch house was a lovely getaway. It was a lovely place to unwind and let the dogs play in the yard. The house was roomy and a cozy place to kick up our feet.
We spend the days watching a track meet in Yakima and the evenings in this gorgeous place. The house is in great condition, it has everything you need and it's so quiet. The hot tub was a great surprise.
We stayed at Big Bear Ranch House as my daughter had a volleyball tournament in Yakima. It was lovely to get to come back to a cozy, clean house and cook, walk the dogs, and relax in a beautiful location nestled in the hills and orchards.
We stayed at the Big Bear Ranch House for a weekend to get away from the city and relax for a few days and we couldn’t be happier with this place. Susie was also an amazing host. She definitely made it feel like home for us.
This place was magical. Beautiful property, and the drive in through orchards is just gorgeous. We were there for State dance competition, so didn't have lingering time to enjoy the hot tub (which was clean and beautiful), but the cabin has everything you need to make great meals, relax and enjoy the surroundings. Very comfortable and clean.

The owner was awesome. The property was amazing. I’m very blessed as we have three special-needs children and it’s somewhat hard to find any where with autistic Children’s as we have two autistic children and one with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, I was very happy big bear ranch is something I I would constantly recommend my friends and We were very happy with our stay. The owners were awesome and their dogs were very well behaved . Thank you so much for having us.
Had a lovely time at Big Bear. Kids ran around happily and swung on the tree swing. They have great Internet and multiple areas for people to sit together and relax. The only challenge we had (at no fault of the hosts) is the gravel road to the house and Google having some challenges.
A lovely location - mostly private, although the house next door caught us by surprise. Nothing at all wrong with it (super quiet) just not expected. We didn't spend much time in the house as we were there for a large wedding weekend, but the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. A very clear bear theme. Our puppy was initially scared of one of the stuffed bears, which was kind of cute. We enjoyed the immediate area for dog walking and exploring.
