Welcome to **Casa Alegre ("Happy House")**, a beautiful beachside vacation home located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on South Padre Island. Just **200 yards from the beach** and only two houses from Gulf Boulevard, you'll enjoy easy beach access while relaxing in a private home with all the comforts of a resort.

Pool heating is included at no extra charge from **November through April**. The pool is maintained around **85°F**, although prolonged outdoor temperatures below 45°F may temporarily limit heating performance.

What makes this property unique

The house was renovated in 2022 with new bathrooms and kitchen. We added a private, heated pool in 2024 and are 2 houses down from gulf blvd and beach access #14.
