Welcome to **Casa Alegre ("Happy House")**, a beautiful beachside vacation home located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on South Padre Island. Just **200 yards from the beach** and only two houses from Gulf Boulevard, you'll enjoy easy beach access while relaxing in a private home with all the comforts of a resort.

Pool heating is included at no extra charge from **November through April**. The pool is maintained around **85°F**, although prolonged outdoor temperatures below 45°F may temporarily limit heating performance.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The house is nicely decorated and furnished. The pool which was recently installed was a nice bonus. The location is great with only a few minutes' walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic. A 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of room to hang out with the family and play in the backyard. House itself is beautiful. The house is beautiful, lots of lighting and very clean. The outside is just as beautiful! Love the banana trees and the pool was the main attraction for the kids. The pool has a ledge in the front that runs the width of the pool for smaller children that cant swim. Our grandson felt like he was swimming with the rest of the kids! Beautiful place all around!!

We are a family of 8 plus grandpa came to visit. Didn’t feel like we where on top of each other. Just a 1/2 block to beach access and very centrally located. Host is amazing, house was just like it was listed. Plus comfy master bed and great pillows!!! I’m I stickler for a good bed while on vacation!!

There’s so much I could say about this place. It was super clean, organized. SO BEAUTIFUL! The pictures don’t do it justice. Also loved how thoughtful they are about pups. They got blankets, bowls, leash, bags. Literally everything my pup needed, they had. Definitely booking with them again!!!!
