NEWLY RENOVATED! Cozy 2 bed 2 bath on Newfound Lake, private beach, scenic views

Cozy 2bed/2bath unit with all the amenities at your disposal with breathtaking views of Newfound Lake and the beautiful mountain landscape. Swim or just relax on the private beach, kayak the Lake and around Loon island or sit around the fire pit at night watching the beautiful sunsets! Clay tennis courts are on premises as well as other activities close by such as hiking trails, golfing and biking. For our winter guests there is snowshoeing and cross country skiing near by and close access to the skiing areas like Tenney Mountain (5 min!), Waterville Valley and Loon Resort (45 mins) and Ragged Mountain (25 mins).

All trash needs to be bagged and removed from unit at checkout. There are bins in the small red barn down the hill to the left of the large red barn.
We apologize in advance but this is an association with many owners and therefore do not allow parties and/or other visitors on the private beach.
