Escape to our charming family lake condo, 'Holiday', where breathtaking views of the mountains and Newfound Lake await. This cozy retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and laundry for your convenience. Enjoy access to the community's private beach, perfect for soaking up the sun, swimming to the floating dock, or indulging in activities like kayaking and paddleboarding. For those seeking adventure, rent a boat for a day of lake exploration or fishing. As the day winds down, fire up the grill and unwind while watching a spectacular sunset.

In the winter, activites abound. Enjoy one of the nearby ski resorts (2 within 15 minutes), set out to the lake for ice fishing or skating, rent a snow mobile, or go snowshoeing.

Retreat for the evening to one of the two bedrooms, the first featuring a queen bed and the second two bunk beds.

Come experience all that the White Mountains and Lakes Region have to offer – the perfect getaway for relaxation and recreation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all curtains. Close valve on grill, remove propane tank and put on porch, behind one of the wicker chairs.
Turn off air conditioners. Turn heat down to 50 in winter.
Ensure clothes washer door is open
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The condos are on septic - please help avoid issues: 1. Only toilet paper down the toilet. 2. Only liquids down the drains - no food or grease.
3. Do not use the wood fireplace. Any damage incurred will be at the tenant's expense. 4. No smoking of any kind inside the condo nor on the patio
5. Please honor quiet times 10pm-7am. 6. Please follow beach rules - see rental agreement. 7. Please only use beach chairs associated with the condo.

We had a lovely stay in Bristol. Check in was simple, directions were accurate. Condo was as described and as pictured. The beach was most easily accessed by driving down the hill in order to manage chairs and other beach items. Jeremy was responsive to messages, and flexible to work with - thank you!
