Our cottage is steps from the beach in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. Wake up to the smell of the ocean spray, spend all day down at the beach, enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set behind the Gulf of Mexico, fall asleep to the sounds of the gentle crashing waves. You are walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The cottage has a driveway for two vehicles. Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach caddy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Coquina! It was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. Lovely decor, cozy, and comfortable. Steps to the ocean was a plus! Our host was great and gave us all the information we needed. All 3 couples had a great time!

Great Little House

Location is amazing. Close enough to walk to restaurants if you don’t mind a little exercise. The ocean is less than a minute from the front door. Private street. We were looking for shark teeth fossils and fishing within 2 minutes of our arrival. The house is immaculate. Everything is updated with luxury and functionality. I would like to rebook today. And head back tomorrow.

Great stay

We loved it!! The place is so close to the beach!!! The host was easy to reach! And so friendly! It was perfect but would have loved a second bathroom since there were 4 women trying to get ready. But we made it work!

Front door won't close from outside without difficulty. Neither bathrooms drain properly resulting in flooding in master bath and water backup in the other. Sharp pieces of metal on back storm door that resulted in a cut hand.
