Newly remodeled ranch style house on sixteen acres with a looped half mile hiking trail located near Wisconsin Dells but far enough away to offer a quiet and private getaway.

Perfect for a family looking to get away for the weekend with four bedrooms (one with an electric fireplace in the basement) that sleep eight people, two full bathrooms, a kitchen with a small island, a living room with an electric fireplace, basement with a communal space with a pool table and bar area, and laundry room.

A gazebo with an outdoor table that seats six people and fire pit with four extra chairs around are available to enjoy during the summer months. Plenty of waterparks, an amusement park, a boat landing leading to the Wisconsin River, dining, and shopping is located a short drive away. For those wanting to venture a bit further away, Castle Rock Lake is located nineteen miles/ twenty four minutes away by car.

For the winter lovers, Christmas Mountain is located nearby for skiing and snowboarding.

We were there for a wedding in Wisconsin Dells. This house was close but yet far enough away from Wisconsin Dells. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever back in the area.

Perfect space for our family of six. There is plenty of outdoor space was so relaxing and lots of beautiful flower gardens and trees, I didn’t want to leave to go to the Dells, which was our travel goal. Wonderful place and the hen house was an added bonus, kept us entertained and the host even shared some yummy eggs with us. Definitely recommend

Clean, great location, wonderful host. Games to play, pool table, everything needed in the kitchen. Away from the hustle of town but close enough to go back and forth. Would definitely stay again! Nice hiking path too!

Overall it was a decent property. All bedrooms were made up. There were a few things we did notice. There was a ton of fruit flys, spiders, and a ton of chickens on the property. The owner of the property was on the land every day. During check in, he meant us at the door and gave us a dozen fresh farm eggs, and opened the door for us. Then showed up on the property every day to feed his chickens. It was good for a few nights stay, he was also very willing to work with us on changing the dates. There also is no central air so it was a little warm and the portable one couldn’t keep with all 6 of my party moving around.

House was 20mins from Mt Olympus so it made running the kids back n forth to that pretty easy. It had a very nice outdoor area that we would have liked to use more if it hadn’t been so hot out. The only dislikes for me were that it didn’t have central a/c and was very musty smelling which unfortunately I am very sensitive to. Other then that, the hosts were amazing and even shared some fresh eggs with us upon arrival.

It was a perfect fit for the 8 of us. Easy to find and close to so many attractions. The property was beautiful and peaceful. Our hosts were kind enough to share some of the produce from their garden. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable location for family weekend

Thsi was the perfect location for our grandparent/grandchildren adventure. It is close to Dells attractions, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. The grandkids loved the pool table!

Absolutely LOVE this property and all 7 of us had the same reaction, LOVED it. Not sure I'll have enough characters to give it the proper due. Where to start, in the basement they have a nice pool table, next to the pool table is an amazing massage table that works GREAT! I laid down on it and it literally cracked my back and felt so good. Also downstairs is a full bathroom and bedroom. There is a couch, bar like area room to hang out. The upstairs had a very nice living room with tv but we weren't inside the home much. We LOVED the outside and the fire pit was one of my main reasons i booked this place. They had a TON of wood for us to use as well. There are 8 chairs around the firepit and really nice and comfy adirondack chairs. Then there is an outside patio set and dining area right outside with plenty of seating and a GRILL. We also enjoyed the hammocks that were provide also right near the firepit. At night outside there are nice lights that give you plenty of light to see and when you walk from the house to the firepit there is a motion sensor light that goes off so you can see where you are going, and the nicest part is it doesn't stay on forever, it goes off pretty quickly. I text the owner about something and got immediate replies back, great communication! Plenty of parking for several vehicles as well. Off the beaten path of very quiet area but also 10 minutes from downtown which is PERFECT! will book again next time i'm there, everyone LOVED it!

Great outdoors

Really fantastic outdoors for bbq, grilling and summertime activities! They even have a vollyball area! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a summertime getaway!
