Guest Access:
Entire Cabin
The Neighborhood:
Located in the scenic Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, the cabin feels tucked away in nature yet is only 1.7 miles to downtown. Enjoy easy access to trails, waterfalls, shopping, dining, and everything Gatlinburg has to offer.
Getting Around:
Paved roads lead to the cabin with a private parking space for one vehicle.
While most vehicles are fine in clear weather, we recommend 4x4 for added safety when visiting the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or rainy conditions.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 years or older to book.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• Parking is limited to 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved but can be impacted by weather.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar).
• Keurig and regular coffee maker provided—bring your own coffee.
• Charcoal grill available—bring your own charcoal.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Great cabin that felt remote but was also close to town. The cabin was clean when we arrived and everything worked properly including the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and even got to see some black bears outside the house! Would definitely recommend to others visiting Smoky Mountain National Park as a place to stay.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting and the wildlife sightings. We'd love to host you again anytime!
Good location for access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is what we were there to explore. I overlooked the fact that there wasn’t a washer/dryer, but it was overall a cute stay. Curtains in the bathroom would be nice given the fact that the late winter foliage did not make for a private backyard. Great price point given that it’s Gatlinburg.

On arrival the cabin was clean. The check-in was no problem. There was an issue with the hot tub that the host took care of immediately. Overall for the couple days we stayed it was worth the price.
The house was really nice. Had a problem locking the door but was given all the details via email. Response time was quick. Close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Thanks
Great Mountain getaway! Close enough into town to not be a hassle getting in, but far enough out to still have that “remote” feel. Beautiful property and the hot tub was amazing!
The property was in a great location! Quick and easy trip down to downtown Gatlinburg. Communication was great. Everything was so clean and tidy. Loved our entire stay.
This place was the perfect amount of cozy cabin and modern amenities! There was even a little black bear just across the road we got to watch safely from a distance. The hot tub was so relaxing to take an evening soak in after a long day of sightseeing. We absolutely loved this place!

The hot tub was amazing, the cabin made us feel at home. This is definitely on our list for next year. Best experience we've had in a long time! 5 out of 5 highly recommend! And the fact that we arrived late due to a wedding, and did not have any troubles getting in, and check out time is at 10 which is not bad at all. Loved it! Next time you're in the area give Kirkland cabins a try!
