Welcome to your charming designer desert retreat in the heart of Arcadia Lite! Relax in the two master suite bedrooms, each with King beds + private ensuite bathrooms. There has been no expense spared in this fully remodeled and furnished home.

Stretch out in the cozy living room and enjoy the 65” TV with live TV & smart TV apps. The private patio, community pool, spa, and gym feel like home. Please note that the condo is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) with no units above, up a single flight of stairs. There is no elevator that services this unit or community.

This condo is a close drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Biltmore, Uptown/downtown PHX, golfing, hiking & Camelback mountain. Walk to fine dining, coffee shops, CVS, Orangetheory, the Arizona Canal, & more!

Noise

Nice and clean with good pool and workout room. The only downside is the roar from heat or AC. Built into wall on living room wall. So loud you can't talk over it. My only complaint
