Perfectly located in the heart of St. Pete, this ready to go single family home awaits you! Less than 10 min to the famous St. Pete beaches, & just 15 mins to Downtown!

Pack your bags, bring the family, or find your tranquility solo. This 2000+ sq ft smart home features 3 BR, 3 Baths, a huge fenced-in back yard with gorgeous pool, hot tub, mural for memorable photos, fully equipped kitchen, fireplaces (indoor & outdoor), cable TV, ultra hi-speed wifi, free washer/dryer & brand new stainless appliances
The space
There are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms inside. There is also an external pool house with a third bathroom. Let the dogs run loose in our huge fully fenced in backyard while you dip in the pool! Enjoy our screen room for Al Fresca dining, or sit around the fireplace if Florida isn’t warm enough for you!

Our house is in a cul-de-sac with a private driveway that accommodates 4 vehicles. The neighborhood has several parks nearby, along with the Pinellas Trail for those who prefer walks, rollerblading, or bicycles!

We had an amazing time. The house was perfectly located and it was a quick drive to a lot of attractions. We spent most of our time in the backyard and I do have to say it was hard for us to leave! Definitely would stay here again!

My family and I loved this house! We had everything we needed and more. The location was great and close to everything. While we had a great time exploring the area, the best part of the trip was just relaxing in the yard and enjoying the hot tub while my dogs got to run around and play. Everything was perfect.

This was a very nice place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed to have a great stay. Josh, the host was excellent and responded to any questions promptly! I would say he went above and beyond. The yard is very nice and large. Nice for families! We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. And our frenchie, Coco really enjoyed roaming the back yard!

The communication was prompt and easy. The house was very clean and had all the things needed and comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were great and very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised with the pool house with the bathroom. Definitely a perk. The yard was very well maintained as well. The location or area in general is not what I thought it would be but after driving around that seems to be most of St.Pete. It was a quiet neighborhood and easy to get in and out of. Beach was about 20 minutes away with some traffic. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. The suggestion to go to Benedict’s for breakfast was a good one! Thank you. We brought our dog and it was perfect for her so very pup friendly. I loved having her with us. We also had our 5yr old son and he had a ball in the pool. Lots of pool toys and things to keep him busy.My only suggestion if I may….change out the metal bed frames in the back 2 bedrooms. They are very rickety. A king in the master would be such an amazing upgrade! And a fan in the screen room would be great when it’s hot out. Just little things to improve an already wonderful place.Thank you!

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. Perfectly located and the beach was just 10 minutes away. The pool was amazing and the fenced in yard was perfect for my dog. The house was nice and stocked with everything that we needed on our vacation. When we vacation again in St. Petersburg we will definitely rent this home again if it's available.

This house was terrific! Loved the location; lots of great, unique places to eat nearby. Will definitely be staying again! The house was in great condition, very clean and had everything we could want or need. The host was great with his communication. The layout of the home was very pet-friendly, and the yard was terrific for dogs. However, if you are staying with dogs; make sure they have good commands on them. There is no fencing blocking the pool from the rest of the yard. Ours were curious, but listened when we told them to "leave it". If your dogs don't listen, they may end up in the pool, which is a no-no!

Big backyard and nice pool

This location and home was perfect for the two of us and out pups. We had plenty of room for the drop in guests that came over during our 2 weeks. Nice to have laundry onsite. The dogs had more than enough room to play. Perfect stay.

5 WEEKS IN ST. PETE

The property was as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. The house was well stocked for a long term rental. Nice sized fenced in back yard for the dog. Nice pool but not heated. Took a while to warm up. The ranch home was great for 2 senior citizens. 15 minutes to beaches, Johns Pass for dining and shopping and many restaurants. The host was great. Responsive and attentive. Would stay here again.

If you’re looking for a home away from home that’s conveniently located near several beautiful beaches, this is the perfect place! We stayed here while attending a softball tournament in Madeira Beach, and the house was only about 15 minutes away. We also spent a day at Clearwater Beach, which was just a 30-minute drive.We didn’t realize before arriving that the home is pet-friendly (completely our oversight), but you would never know it. The house was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully cared for both inside and out.The pool and hot tub were serviced regularly throughout our 9-day stay, and the spacious backyard is ideal for families with young children or pets. One of our favorite features was the air-conditioned pool bath house—it made pool days so convenient! There were also plenty of pool toys available to keep the kids entertained.Jak was an exceptional host. He was quick to respond to the few questions we had and was incredibly accommodating to our requests. His attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.We had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
