What a fantastic property in an outstanding location! We were in town for a convention, but wanted a quiet place to retreat, while still having easy access to the beach, Las Olas etc. The Victoria Park Overlook was perfection all around! Easy communication and check in, loved the coded entry pads as we didn't have to share a key. The house itself was so comfortable, clean and fresh. Beds comfy, a bathroom on every floor. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. The outdoor space was the shining star, whether sitting in the comfy patio for happy hour or on the 3rd floor terrace at night (that VIEW!!). The neighborhood was tree lined, safe and walkable, and just a quick uber to Las Olas or the beach. Highly Recommend this property!

Great house… very modern! Pictures accurately showed the property. The house was cleaned very well and beds and furniture are comfortable. Location is excellent as it is very close to Las Olas and the beach. The pool was nice to have to take a dip in but it was small as shown in the pictures. Overall great stay and would recommend it to everyone else!

Host was very responsive, property was clean and great for our long weekend trip. Had some flight troubles and the host allowed us to stay an extra day which was helpful. Lovely rooftop for hanging out.

This property was a gem. There was ample space for 5 adults. Every floor of the house was spotless and smelled fresh. Many Florida homes don't have that luxury. The kitchen had every basic need you would want. Communications with the owner was easy and responded rapidly with a response. I recommend this home for business or pleasure.

Great location and beautiful property. Everything was just as described. The rooftop view is amazing! The only downside to our stay was the hot water when showering was not as hot as we would have preferred. Also, we recommend parking your car in the garage so the neighbor (in the front) has ample room to get out of his garage. This is a great property!

Beautiful Place in a Great Location!

5 friends enjoyed a Miami Open long weekend at this lovely home. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and an upstairs patio with a view! This rental is very close to great shopping and restaurants.

Very nice place and great location!

5 of us stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert at the hard rock stadium. It was a great location with quick access downtown, to the beach, and 30 min from the stadium. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our host Jeffrey Walker was very pleasant. He keep me informed of next steps and very responsive to my questions. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked and in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. I would definitely stay there again!

The property was BEAUTIFUL. The pictures were on point. Very spacious, wonderfully decorated. The location was superb. We had a great time in Las Olas. The highlight of our day was relaxing at night, playing family games on the roof top patio. The city views were splendid. My family had an amazing stay. We would definitely book again.

Wonderful in all respects

We recently stayed at this property for 9 nights. Everything is completely as portrayed on the VRBO listing. The property is spacious, luxurious and perfect in every way. The location is wonderful, a few minutes from downtown and Las Olas Boulevard. Highly recommend!

Luxe Paradise in Victoria Park

This is an elegant and comfortable property in a prime location with rooftop views and plenty of space. What more could you want? The owner is extremely professional and responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
