Serenity near the beach!!

Just 97 steps from our 2023 freshly remodeled condo will have you on the best beach in Ocean City! It is a guarded beach that is one of the largest on the island. This allows for ample space for your family to spread out and play any beach game your family can envision. The large back deck provides a limited ocean view and a chance to breathe in the fresh sea air.

All rentals from mid-June through Labor Day are full week Saturday to Saturday only.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are the Robert Christ family. Mary and I bought our first home in OCNJ just over fifteen years ago and fell in love with the island. We continue to make America's Number One Family Resort our home in the summers and know that you will enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer just as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in November of 2022 and will be refreshing the interior in the winter. As soon as it is completed, we will upload the finished product! We love our quaint home so close to the beach that you can hear the roaring waves from our spacious back deck. The fresh salt air wafts into the spacious living area as soon as you open the sliders to take in the view of the island's best beach. Try 44th street beach and you will notice a discernible difference to those closer to the Boardwalk. The south end of Ocean City boasts not only a huge beach, but a more laid back feel, and the friendliest locals that OCNJ has to offer. The 44th street beach has a lifeguard and is the midpoint to the restaurants on the deep south end and the middle of the island.
