Everything about this home and experience was amazing!! Location was great in a quiet neighborhood and the home was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Working with the host was excellent, very friendly and great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing house, Greg and Bernadetta thought of everything to make your stay wonderful! We loved time by the pool and beach hopping-everything you need for both pooland beach!! They were incredible hosts and very attentive to anything we needed as well as just checking in which personally we’ve never had with a host and very much appreciated the kindness and hospitality!! We tried Manasota Beach, Blind Pass, Stump Pass, Venice Beach, Englewood and even drove to Anna Maria Island one day! Our kids were very into the shark tooth hunting and shell finding-we found both and they were so excited!!

We were in FL with family for our Daughter's college graduation. This home was spacious and comfortable for 10 adults to relax and enjoy a wonderful stay. We visited the local beaches, lounged by the pool, and had family dinners! They provided everything we needed and more! I can't say enough about how perfect this home was and we will be looking to stay again soon!

Great house and hosts. There was much less traffic, but close enough to Sarasota for day trips. 10-15 min drive to Blind Pass and manasota key Beachs. We will rent this location again

Greg and Bernadetta's home is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, vacation homes we've stayed in anywhere in the world, and we've stayed in many. The description and pictures do not do it justice. There are so many luxury touches everywhere, from the light switches to the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. The house was spotlessly clean, as was the pool, which was heated to a comfortable temperature. Plenty of pool and beach toys were available, as well as bikes, exercise equipment, and more. The kitchen is well-appointed and a variety of spices were included. In addition, they left thoughtful touches like snacks and a bottle of wine. The house is in a great location, minutes from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown Venice. Communication was great, and they provided a lot of helpful information - Greg and Bernadetta were probably the best hosts we've experienced among all the properties we've rented. We will definitely return!

Our rental was exactly as pictured. The house was exceptionally nice and very clean. We had everything we needed plus more. The pool was amazing. They provided floats as well as pool toys. They had beach towels and beach gear including coolers, chairs, and umbrellas. They also had books to read and board games. Check in was very easy. Communication with host was great. This rental was exactly what we were looking for. We had a family of 7 which included 5 kids. Perfect accommodations for our big family. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Great Home Base

A beautiful and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved hanging out by the pool when we weren't enjoying one of the many local beaches. Hosts were great and made sure we had what we needed since we arrived just before Hurricane Ian passed by. Overall, a great experience!

Beautiful, very clean getaway!!

Greg and Bernadette were amazing hostesses. They were great to communicate with before our stay. From the minute we walked into the house, we were amazed by the cleanliness of the house. It is the perfect setup for families with a spacious kitchen and living space. The pool area was our favorite spot. We felt right at home all week and highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great Venice Vacation !

This was out first stay in Venice, Florida and the property was very modern, clean, spacious and had all the mod cons for a very relaxing stay, I highly recommend it ! Our host Greg was also very responsive to make sure our stay went without a hitch. Hopefully we will be back at some point in the future.

Venice FL

This property has a beautiful kitchen and dining room area. The bedrooms are nice and clean as well as the bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area every day we were there. The beach and downtown Venice are a quick and easy drive. The hosts were great! The property was very well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again.
